Staff are very helpful and friendly. Hotel in excellent location only 30 seconds from metro station.
The hotel is pretty noisy: you have to open the window or it becomes too hot and street outside busy so pretty noisy during night. Also, when we stayed hotel was carrying out maintenance on rooms next door so we were woken up by drilling and hammering at 8am!

Paris Bastille was perfect choise! Good location: metro (200 m), walking distance from Marais, Notre Damn and Louvre and you will find nice bars and restaurants really near by. Hotel room was quite small but in quadroom four adults stayed comfortably in good beds. Room and bathroom were modern and very clean. There is minibar, closets that are big enough and there is hairdryer in the bathroom including collection of some necessity objects. Hotel has a breakfast room (15 euros) but we preferred having breakfast outside the hotel in sunny terrace. There are not that many services at the hotel but we didn't need any extra services. We arrieved to the hotel after midnight and everything was ready for us. We were really happy with this hotel.

Wonderful reception staff and clean hotel. We preferred breakfast in neighbouring cafes. Very good location - convenient for metro, Place des Vosges and the river.
Breakfast wasn't very good.

Modern hotel. A free upgrade to a junior suite was appreciated. Very comfortable room with two bathrooms and a large bed. Free wifi.
Location could have been better - did not seem like the freindliest of areas when we ventured out to find a resturaunt. However, this could be said of most capital cities.

The Paris Bastille was in an excellent location to access subways and walk to shops, parks, restaurants, and many beautiful locations in the city. The staff were always friendly and helpful with questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Paris.

Fresh food in the restaurant, solid and super breakfast with yogurts and freshly squeezed orange juice delicious, for instance. Spacious rooms with 2 bathrooms, and reasonably priced restaurant.

Good location to central Paris and the subway. Great staff. Very welcoming and helpful. New windows eliminate the street noise others have complained about in the past.
Good hotel for Europe - not as good as a Holiday Inn Express if you are use to American standards. But you have the typical Europe 15 Euro ($20!) extra for a very continental breakfast (I.E. breakfast roll and cup of coffee). Hey Paris Bastille, differentiate yourself from all the others. You are charging us $300 per night - throw in my cup of coffee and croissant!

Excellent location. The room is clean. Nice lively area of Paris, but the room is always quiet and cold season, warm and well. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast is not needed. Breakfast to the city.)) The hotel breakfast is always more expensive. This is normal and does not need tourists to be dissatisfied with it. This rule is always and everywhere. The room has tea and coffee. Good and interesting lighting rooms.
If you do not immediately leave the maid a tip, tea and coffee will no longer appear in your room. Although it is generally customary to leave a tip after their stay. I dont feel so comfortable. It was strange to me and a disappointment ..

It was perfectly situated for everything we were doing from getting on the hop off hop on bus to eating out as well as the proximity to Gare de Lyon. Staff were helpful in recommending eating places when we first arrived into Paris.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They recommended an excellent place to eat and gave clear directions. They spoke english well. The room was compact but comfortable and there were two bathrooms which was convenient with four of us in the room. Everything was clean and modern. I would stay there again.
